She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Gene Spencer; and her parents, Eddie C. Childers and Alice Mae Childers. She is survived by: her children, Bobby Spencer (Lori) of Gaffney, Tommy Spencer (Becky) of Gaffney, Teresa Goodson (Eddie) of Blacksburg and Lisa Jarvis (Chuck) of Charlotte, NC; her sister Barbara Ogle of Shelby, NC; and her grandchildren, Bobby Spencer, Jr. (Tammy), Johnny Spencer (Fallon), Shawn Green, Jacob Jarvis and Shelley Hansen. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
