He is survived by: his spouse Kathryn Williams Belue (Katie); his parent Nellie Mae Whelchel Belue; his children, James Matthew Belue of Gaffney, Sarah Belue Evans (Alex) of Gaffney, SC and Sharon Irene Belue (Rene) of Gaffney; his siblings, Terry Belue (Robin) of Gaffney and Marlene McDaniel of Gaffney; and his grandchildren, Jayden Matthew Belue Byars, Raymond Alexander Evans, II and Rhett Anthony Evans.
