He is survived by: his wife Sandra Mutchler McNeill; his mother Inez Woodard McNeill of Lumberton, NC; his children, William McNeill, Catherine Mauldin (Joshua) of Gaffney and Stephanie Lenn of Memphis, TN; his siblings, John McNeill (Cheryl) of Charlotte, NC and Rebecca Davis of Lumberton, NC; his grandchildren, Tyler Mauldin, Tanner Mauldin and Tamren Lenn; and his cousin Clyde McNeill.
