With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Aurellia Smith (Gaffney, South Carolina), who passed away on January 13, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Deacon Joe Smith; her parents, Roosevelt Jefferies and Janie Jefferies; her daughter Minister Martha Smith; and her siblings, Floyd Jefferies and Berthenia Thompson.

She is survived by: her children, Louis Smith, Larry Smith, Mark Smith Sr., Anetta Smith Littlejohn (Cleo) of Gaffney, Peggy Smith Sarratt (Johnny) of Gaffney, Tressa Smith of Gaffney, Shirley Smith of Gaffney, Maggie Smith of Gaffney, Diann Smith of Gaffney, Janice Smith of Gaffney and Twenty; her grandchild Fifty; her siblings, Aldophus Jefferies of Winston Salem, NC, Lucielle Dawkins of Gaffney, Brenda Harris of Gaffney and Alonia Reese of Charlotte, NC; and her goddaughters, Minnie Pearl Smith, Berthenia Morrow and Audrey Guinnan.
