She is survived by: her spouse Charles Harley Fowler, Sr.; her parent Lillie Mae Huffman Ramsey; her children, Donald Scott Fowler (Nancy), Mark Lee Fowler (Lynn) and Sandra Jean Dillingham (John) of Gaffney; her siblings, Ronald Ramsey (Juanita) of Gaffney, Corliss Robertson (Danny) of Gaffney, Joyce Bright (Ken) of Gaffney, Loyce Sullivan (Pat) of Gaffney and Brenda Elmore of Gaffney; her grandchildren, Curtis Dillingham (Teyanna), Sara Dillingham, Kristin Fowler, Kari Fowler, Savannah Fowler, Christopher Fowler and Nathaniel Fowler; and her great grandchildren, McKenna, Malayna and Maverick Dillingham.
