She was predeceased by: her brother J. C. Phillips. She is survived by: her daughter Beverly Stephens; her granddaughter Andrea Stephens; her brothers, Thomas B. Phillips (Mary) and John Edwin Phillips (Janie); and her sister-in-law Mary M. Phillips. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
