She was predeceased by: her husband Billy S. Parker; and her parents, John Lee Neal and Amanda Gertrude Foster Neal. She is survived by: her daughters, Billie Ann Perry (Roy Dean) of Gaffney and Debbie Mages (Jeff) of Gaffney; her brother Roy Neal (Betty) of Spartanburg; her grandchildren, Jessica Ledbetter, Joey Ledbetter (Shelby), Troy Perry, Logan Scoggins (Raquan Brown), Kassidy Perry and Jordan Mages (Nick Fowler); her great grandchildren, Jase and Lydia; and her grandchild Cherith Jackson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
