She was predeceased by: her husband Winford Phillips; her parents, Isaac Million and Lucille Fowler Million; and her great grandchild Judd Gardner. She is survived by: her children, Todd Phillips (Connie) of Cowpens and Donna Gardner (Dennis) of Gaffney; her siblings, Dickie Million of Converse, Clyde Million of Converse, Marlene Inman of Cowpens and Andrea Blanton of Cowpens; her grandchildren, Brandon Gardner (Allison), Daniel Gardner (Ashtyn), Matthew Phillips, Katelyn Hulion (Amy) and Blair Neaderhiser (Reid); and her great grandchildren, Adeline Gardner, Rowan Neaderhiser, Kip Gardner and Emma Gardner.
