He was predeceased by: his son Derrick Weaver; and his brothers, Arthur Weaver and David Weaver. He is survived by: his nieces, Terry Weaver (Tim Russell) of Gaffney, Crystal Ballenger (Mike) of Gaffney and Lori Reece (Tim) of Clover.
