He was predeceased by: his parents, Jason Spencer and Lori Sellars; his grandparents, Bobby Sellars and Carolyn Butler; and his uncles, Jody Spencer and Bobby Lynn Sellars.

He is survived by: his daughter Kiaya Leighann Wallace; his grandparents, Bud Spencer and Violet Spencer; his sisters, Lacey Holcomb and Kalli Hallman; his aunts, Angela Sellars, Rolanda and Tamara Spencer; his great-granduncle James Barnes; and his siblings' children, Kamri, Kamden, Analeigh, Brianna and Brendon. He is also survived by cousins, family and friends.
