With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine Rayfield (Gaffney, South Carolina), born in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on July 25, 2021 at the age of 65. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Ed McGee and Verena Polk McGee; her children, Evan Rayfield Smith of Spartanburg and Afton Rayfield of Charlotte, NC; her brothers, Edward Clary McGee (Debra H.) of Gaffney and Don McGee of Gaffney; and her grandchildren, Avery Bach and Logan Bach. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
