It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cathy J. Sexton (Gaffney, South Carolina), born in York, South Carolina, who passed away on January 23, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Terry DeWitt Sexton; her parents, Patsy Montgomery Fields of York and Grady O'Neal Fields; her daughters, Lauren Sexton Phillips (Derrick) of Easley and Dr. Megan Sexton Molo (Joey) of Charlotte; her brothers, Randy Fields (Linda) of York and Scott Fields (Donna) of York; and her grandchildren, Ellie Phillips, Presley Phillips, Emmie Molo and Thea Molo. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
