He was predeceased by: his parents, James Estes and Bertha Brown Estes; his son Ray Weaver; and his siblings, William, Norman, Don Estes, Rosemary Craven and Ernestine Maynor.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice Wyatt Estes; his children, Dwayne Estes (Jennifer), Brad Weaver, Crystal Ballenger (Mike) of Gaffney and Terry Weaver of Gaffney; his siblings, Bo Estes of Gaffney and Mildred Wright; and his grandchildren, Brendan Ballenger, Tyler Branyon, Trinity Ballenger, Nolan Weaver, Tabatha Lanier, Samantha Couch, Logan Estes, Chloe Estes and Ryleigh Harris. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
