He is survived by: his wife Edna Rose Fennell Smoak; his daughters, Rose Marie Cooper (Bob) of Gaffney, Jo-Lita "Jodie" Smoak of Gaffney and Cynthia Dianne Smoak Parker (Greg) of Gaffney; his daughter-in-law Rachel Smoak of Gaffney; his siblings, Bobby Lee Smoak (Audrey) of Summerville, Miles Smoak of Summerville, Dorothy Sharpe of Clearwater, SC, Louise Oglesby (Hubert) of Vidalia, GA, Sadie Brewster of Summerville, SC and Carolyn Hutter (Edward) of Covington, GA; and his grandchildren, Ashley Garaux (Doug), Jennifer, Chason (John), David Louis Smoak III (April), Andrew Mullinax (Tiffany), Erica Thompson (John), Nicholas Parker (Ivey), Hayley Parker (Dakotah) and Zakary Parker.
