He is survived by: his parent Janet Quinn Patton; his daughter Jan Patton of Gaffney; his brothers, Marion Patton of Gaffney and Charlie Patton (Michelle) of Gaffney; and his siblings' children, Clayton Patton, Andrew Patton, Carter Patton, Miranda Patton, Bella Patton and Sydney Patton.
