He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman O. R. Mills and Martha Frances Inman Mills; his brother Kenneth Mills, Sr.; and his niece Jenny Orr. He is survived by: his spouse Roxie Diane Spencer Mills; his children, Brian Mills of Gaffney, Frances Payne (Jonathan) of Gaffney, Ronnie Blackwell (Wanda) of Gaffney and Debbie Parker of Gaffney; and his grandchildren, Brittany, Hope, Ben, Melanie, Josh, Mason, Aubrey, Spencer and Riley.
