He is survived by: his spouse Debbie Suttles Scruggs; his parent Clyde Earl Scruggs of Forest City; his stepparent Bobbie Yelton Scruggs; his children, Matthew Scruggs (Megan) of Camp Pendleton, CA and Amanda Lucas (Chase) of Columbia; his sisters, Debbie Reynolds (Steve) of Gaffney, Vickie Pollock (Tim), Myrtle Beach and Pattie Toney (Rocky) of Gaffney; and his grandchildren, Stella Lucas, Paxton Lucas, Laken Lucas, Annabelle Scruggs, Connor Scruggs and Cannon Scruggs.
