She was predeceased by: her parents, Morgan Lee Linder, Sr. and Carrie Parris Linder; and her daughter Carol Irene Guthrie. She is survived by: her sister Carrie Mae Hamrick of Spartanburg; and her niece Brenda Williams (Delano) of Wellford. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
