She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred C. Christopher and Clara Edwards Christopher; her husband Lester Thomas Pope; and her son Chris T. Pope. She is survived by: her daughter Carol Ann Pope Shields; her grandchildren, John T. Auten, Brittany R. McCroskey, Christopher L. Pope and Katlin D. Pope; her great grandchildren, Korrine, Thomas, Kaleb, Blake, Ron, Carter and Hazel; and her parents-in-law, Marie and Ralph Pope. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial Donations may be made to St. Jude's or Lighthouse Baptist Church in Charlotte.
