He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Andrew Peeler, Sr. and Dorcas Davis Peeler; his sisters, Helen P. Peeler, Lois Bright and Dorothy Painter; and his great grandchildren, Jack and Evi.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie Lydia Peeler; his children, Donna P. Atkins of Gaffney, Dennis Peeler of Gaffney, John Peeler (Lynn) of Gaffney, Garry Peeler (Robin) of Gaffney and David Lydia (Brandi) of Gaffney; his sisters, Alice Baston of Gaffney, Doris Patterson of Gaffney, Thelma Guthrie of Gaffney and Ruth McCoy of Fort Lauderdale, FL; his grandchildren, Stephanie Ruppe, Durhan Ruppe (Megan), Coty Peeler (Ashley), Amanda Epps (Richard), Kevin Peeler, Casey Peeler and Caleb Peeler; and his great grandchildren, Haley, Jaysa, Kahne, Tucker, Jenna, Ellie, Kenzie, Josie, Abigail, Jase, Brayden, Kieyler, Mackenzie, Madyson and Kylee.
