He is survived by: his daughter Ann Scruggs (Bill) of Cliffside, NC; his daughter-in-law Robin Taylor of Gaffney; his sisters, Norma Barrett of Shelby, NC, Shirley Ranke (Don) of Peachtree City, GA and Flora Smith (John) of Cashiers, NC; his grandchildren, Lindsey Patterson, Jessie Scruggs and Kendall Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Paden and Luci.
