It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Huey Cobb (Gaffney, South Carolina), born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on October 23, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Otis Cobb; and his siblings, Brenda Simpson, Ozell McCraw, Joyce Tucker, Beth Harris and Max Cobb.
He is survived by: his spouse Yvonne Bright Cobb; his parent Mamie McCraw Cobb; his daughter Tammy Wright of Boone, NC; his siblings, Jim Cobb (Rebekah) of Mooresboro, NC, Mildred Honeycutt (Carmel) of Cliffside, NC, Owana Green (Bob) of Mooresboro, NC, Ruth Southerland of Matthews, NC and Donna Ivester (Phillip) of Shelby, NC; his grandchildren, Brent McGinnis, Josh McGinnis and Garrett Wright; and his nephew Dave Cobb (Christie) of Gaffney.
