It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Jackson Holmes (Gaffney, South Carolina), who passed away on April 25, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Freida Gaffney Holmes; his parents, Susie Holmes and Juanita Allison Holmes; and his sister Brenda Holmes. He is survived by: his pet Winston; his children, James Eric Holmes (Edith) of Gaffney and Ashley Holmes of Gaffney; his grandchildren, Angelica Holmes, Teresa Baker (Brad), Lisa Denson (Parker), Robert Lee Holmes, James Eric Holmes, Jr., Lindsey Rector, Laura Rector and Lydia Rector; and his great grandchildren, Wesley, Alli Kate, Delanie, Bryar, Nathan, Carrianne, Jamin and Karrigan "Dusty".
