She was predeceased by: her husband Garth Ramsey; her parents, James Corbett Goode and Australia Finley Goode Allen; and her sisters, Dennie Gilbert, Katherine Blackwell and Azile Ballard.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Scott Ramsey and Jennifer Hess (Thaddeus) of Simpsonville; her grandsons, Benjamin Hess and Christopher Hess; and also Ellen Batton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
