He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. "Bob" Bullock and Sally Jones Bullock; his brother Ronny Bullock; and his son-in-law Ronny Smiley. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Bolton Bullock; his daughters, Diane Bullock Smiley of Gaffney and Geraldine Bullock of Gaffney; his brother Jimmy Bullock (Mary) of Gaffney; his grandchildren, Lance Alexander, Bryce Smiley (Rachel), Nicholas Smiley, Kaylee Waters Parker (Brandon) and Lindsey Bullock Fowler; and his great grandchild Jerrett Alexander.
