He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Orr Painter; his daughters, Donna Painter Price (Jeff) of Gaffney, Linda Kay Painter of Gaffney and Beth Painter Cunningham (David) of Spartanburg; his sister Jeanette Elliott of Fayetteville, NC; his grandchildren, Samantha Jo Ramsey, William Bradley Harder (Makayla) and Brady Cunningham; and his great grandchild Anna Harder.
