Carver and Sarah Melinda Smith Carver (Sallie); his daughter Judith Ophelia McDaniel; and his siblings, Alvin Carroll Carver, Billy Carver, Red Carver, Weaver Carver, Junior Arvil Carver, Madgeline Scott, Verna Payne (Marie), Rosa Lee Cathey, Peggy Ann Mills and Reva Mae Carver.
He is survived by: his children, John Thomas Carver (Shelia) of Sonora, George Arvil Carver (Donna) of Gaffney, James Edward Carver (Jimmy) of Gaffney, Harold Wayne Carver (Diane) of Coahoma, TX, Eddie Glenn Carver (Beverly) of Gaffney, Kathy Lorraine Carver (John) of Gaffney and Sallie Queen (Terry) of Cullowhee, NC; his sisters, Mary Elizabeth Holder, Leila Oberia Lindsey (Tootsie) and Linda Sue Smith (Buck); his grandchildren, Kim Cassidy (Kevin), Krystal Murphy (Randy), Kandi Turner (David), David Carver, Karolynn Carver, Daniel Carver (Lauren), Eddie Carver Jr. (Elizabeth), Jennifer Greene and Brian Queen (Shelley); and his close friends, Johnny and Judy Blackwell.
