He was predeceased by: his father Stephen Terrell Dowdle. He is survived by: his mother Eileen McLean Dowdle (Richard Davis) of Gaffney; his siblings, Stephen Cloutier (Julia) of Minnesota, Thomas Dowdle (Kristie) of Gaffney, Christopher Dowdle (Megan) of Cowpens, Katharine Dowdle of Dorchester, Elizabeth Dowdle (Kasey), Jennifer McCraw (Richard) of Gaffney and Jade Dowdle of Spartanburg; his grandparents, Fay E. McClean of Groton, MA and L. T. Dowdle of Hodges, SC; and his siblings' children, Ashley, Davina, Trinity, Naomi, Jeremiah, Aria, Braylon, D. J., Logan, Liam, Lathan, Levin, Lyrik, Aiden, Lilly, Brylee and Hudson. He is also survived by animals, especially dogs.
