He is survived by: his parents, Joshua Terry Lanier, Sr. of Gaffney and Haley Marie Matson of Gaffney; his grandmothers, Judy Matson and Angela Lanier (Leroy Mitchell); his great-grandparents, Judith Hill, Terry Hill and Diane Lanier (Mike Lamb); and his great-great-grandparent Mary Helen Upchurch. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
