She was predeceased by: her parents, Moses Gaffney and Elizabeth Burris; and her siblings, Daniel Gaffney and Shirley Elliott. She is survived by: her siblings, Johnnie David Burris, Bobby Joe Gaffney, Willie Moses Gaffney, Rev. Lillie Bell Ford and Evangelist Macie Gaffney; her grandchildren, Johnathan Jackson, Eric Moore and Andre'Glenn; and also, Alyssa Jackson, James Jackson, Crystal Hope, Brockman Dawkins, Charles Kentrell Dawkins, Desmond Cochran of Avery Cody, D. L, Rakim Gaffney, Malik Gaffney, Omar Cody and Serinitti Davidson. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gordon Mortuary - Gaffney (211 E Frederick St, Gaffney, SC 29340). A reception was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
