He was predeceased by: his wife Evelyn Mullinax Harrill; his parents, Junie Henry Harrill Sr. and Louise Moss Harrill; his brothers, Kenneth Harrill, Keith Harrill and Donnie Harrill; his son-in-law Reverend Marshall Foster; and his grandson-in-law Rocky Scruggs.

He is survived by: his children, Danny Harrill (Debora) of Gaffney and Cathy Bryson (Rodney) of Gaffney; his grandchildren, Ciji Moore (Frankie), Brad Foster (Tina) and Marsha Scruggs; his great grandchildren, Delana Moore, Frankie Moore IV, Autumn Foster, Malachi Scruggs and Hope Scruggs; and his close friend Doris Ellis.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Calvary Baptist Church, 2829 Cherokee Avenue, Gaffney, SC, 29340.
