He was predeceased by: his parents, Drayton Batchler and Hazel Byars Batchler; and his brother Drayton Edward "Zippy" Batchler. He is survived by: his children, Keith Ervin Batchler Jr. and Lea Batchler Barrett; his grandchildren, Christopher Edward Barrett and Rylea Anne Barrett; his former wife Lea Brewington; and his sibling's children, Josh Batchler and Kandi Hughes.
He died as a result of COVID19.
