It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lib Skipper (Gaffney, South Carolina), born in Chesnee, South Carolina, who passed away on May 22, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlisle Greene and Lillian Shields Greene; and her brother James Greene. She is survived by: her spouse Toy Winfred Skipper; her sons, Patrick Bumgardner (Yan Luo) of Spartanburg, Tony Owens of Forest City and Tommy Skipper of Gaffney; her brother Ray Greene of Chesnee; and her grandchildren, Renee Bumgardner, April Bumgardner, Chris Owens, Brandon Owens (Brooke), Andrew Skipper and Monica Skipper.
