She was predeceased by: her husband F. Glenn Hammett; her parents, Bigie Evans and Bertie Evans; and her siblings, Richard Evans, J. E. Evans, Eunice Nichols, Elease Lancaster, Arbutis Scruggs and Rachel Willis.
She is survived by: her daughter Candy; her son-in-law Mike; her grandson Grayson Glenn; her daughters, Candice Hammett Goforth of Gaffney and Denise Hammett of Gaffney; and her grandson Grayson Glenn Goforth of Greenville, SC.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
