She was predeceased by: her husband Clifford Emery; her parents, Charles Crowe and Margie Peterson Crowe; and her sister Elizabeth Ann Mullinax. She is survived by: her children, Randy Carter, Andy Carter, Michael Carter, Karen Carter and Michelle Anthony; and her siblings, Brenda Deaton, Cathy Owensby and Donnie Crowe. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
