Tate; her granddaughters, Tyasia Scruggs and Cyteriyah Scruggs; her siblings' children, Terrica Tate, Todd N. Scruggs and Louis M. Shippy; her great-niece Toddasia N. Scruggs; and her great-nephew Zion B. Scruggs. She is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
