She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Goforth and Inez Osment Goforth; and her siblings, Mary Ann Green and Harold Dean "Sonny" Goforth. She is survived by: her brothers, Donald Goforth (Gail) of Gaffney and Ray Goforth (Joann) of Inman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
