She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dever Blackwell and Estelle Osment Blackwell; her siblings, Glenn Blackwell and Eula Curtis; her grandson Stephen Worley; her great grandchild Wesley Worley; and her granddaughter Carrie Worley.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Kay Worley Bell of Lake Wylie, SC, Larry Worley of Fort Mill, SC and Terry Worley (Deb) of York, SC; her sister Christine Hyder; and her grandchildren, Deana Eubanks, Danny Worley, Jared Winchester, Billy Worley, Jacob Bell and Courtney English.
