He is survived by: his spouse Paulette Cooper Allison; his parent Doris Hames Allison of Gaffney; his children, Mickey Allison, Jr. and Crystal Petty; his siblings, Ricky Allison of Pacolet, Dennis Allison and Donna Allison of Gaffney; and his grandchildren, Alyssa Petty, Alyson Petty, Matthew Allison, Mickey Allison, III, Neveah Allison, Marissa Allison and Haisley Allison.
