He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Cletus Mullinax and Betty Sue Campbell Mullinax; his brother Roger Mullinax; and his granddaughter Jessica. He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Vickers Mullinax; his daughters, Tanya Lydia (Mike) of Gaffney, Bridgette Martin, Stacy Atkins (Jimmy) of Gaffney and Brandy Mullinax (Greg) of Baltimore, MD; his siblings, Melvin Mullinax (Lillie) of Gaffney, Ronald "Chic" Mullinax (Karen) of Gaffney, Joe Mullinax of Gaffney and Sandra Wilkerson of Gaffney; his sister-in-law Jean Mullinax of Spartanburg; his grandchildren, Kyle, Ana, Mason, Marisa, Caleb (Erica), Kaitlyn, Devin, Ryleigh, Carson, Ty, Emily, Allen, Lucas, Branson, Dylan, Eddie, Dejuan, Genesis, Aliyah, Pablo, Makenzi and Jaidyn; and his great grandchildren, Nate and Isabelle. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
