It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Miriam Jefferies of Gaffney, South Carolina, who passed away on November 21, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Baxter Wood and Vinnie Peeler Wood; her husband Cal D. Jefferies; and her children, Anthony Wood (Winky) and Karen Wood Dover.
She is survived by: her children, Avery Wood, Fleice Littlejohn, Calvis Jefferies, Terry Wood Sr. Tenisha Jefferies, Oshea Jefferies, Kikkoman Jefferies and Jessica Martin; her sister Lillian Wood Manning; her siblings-in-law, Nellie J. Smith and Nesbitt L. Jefferies; and her son-in-law Bobby Joe Dover Sr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
