She was predeceased by: her father Timothy Mullinax; and her daughter Peyton Smith. She is survived by: her mother Wanda Gordon Mullinax; her children, Haley Fowler, Gage Smith, Eli Seals and Paisleigh Mullinax; and her siblings, Shane Mullinax and Amanda Martin.
