He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Flynn Price; his parents, Grant Lee Price and Martha Parker Price; his daughters, Joyce Henderson and Pierce of Nevada; and his sister Onnie Price Flynn.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Price (Elizabeth) of Gaffney and Rita Therrell of Rock Hill; his son-in-law Woody Henderson of Gaffney; and his brother Fred Price (Naomi) of Gaffney. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
