He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul R. Fowler and Louise Buice Fowler; and his brother Charles Michael Fowler (Mike). He is survived by: his sibling's children, Angela Carroll (Robert) of Gaffney, Stephanie Hall (Shannon Fanning) of Simpsonville and Justin Fowler of York; his great-nieces, Leah Carroll, Allie Hall and Zoe Hall; and his close friend Rita Kennedy of Gaffney.
