He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Eugene Spencer and Annie Adair Spencer; and his sister Dorothy Ann Dimsdale. He is survived by: his wife Helen Lucille Cooper Spencer; his daughter Jonnie Lynn Bell of Moore; and his grandchildren, Hannah Nevaeh Bell and Jackson Bell.
