He was predeceased by: his wife Hazel Hughey Sellars; his parents, Harry Robert Sellars and Leeila Linder Sellars; his sons, Roy Dean (Sellars) and Doug Sellars (JJ); his stepdaughters, Patty Jolly Emory, Deana Jolly and Cindy Ellis; and his siblings, Floree Mullinax, Norma Fay Sellars, Cleo Marie Walker, Henry Earl Sellars, Jack Sellars, Shelton Sellars and Charlie Sellars.
He is survived by: his sons, Pastor Richard "Snake" Sellars (Hoppy) of Gaffney, Ronnie "Rudy" Sellars (Yvette) of Gaffney and Jeff Garland of Gaffney; his stepson Rick Jolly of Shelby, NC; and his sister Velma Jean Sellars of Gaffney. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 5 step-great-grandchildren.
