He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Larry Painter, Sr. and Velvely Bostic Painter. He is survived by: his children, Benjamin Painter of Charlotte, NC and Jessica Painter of York; and his sisters, Sheila Coggins of Gaffney and Kristy Williams of Gaffney.
