It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Phillips of Gaffney, South Carolina, who passed away on October 10, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene "Gene" H. Phillips Jr.; her parents, A. C. Long and Freda Peek Long; and her nephew Chris Greene. She is survived by: her children, Brad Phillips (Alisa) of Gaffney and Gina Phillips Jolley (Scott) of Gaffney; her siblings, Craig Long (Beth) of Gaffney and Debbie Greene (John) of Surfside Beach; and her grandchildren, Anna Kathryn Jolley, Andy Jolley, Seth Phillips and Drew Phillips.
