He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kemmer and Pearl Hanger Kemmer; and his siblings, Mary Jane Beachler, Beverly Lucas and Maurice Ladd.
He is survived by: his spouse Janice Sue Kemmer; his sons, Lee Allen Kemmer of Warren, OH and Kenneth Jon Kemmer of Youngstown, OH; and his brother Richard Lee Kemmer Sr of Gaffney.
