He is survived by: his parents, Mary Ellen Henry Starkey and Robert Thomas Starkey; his fiancée Linda Holsclaw; his stepsons, Matthew Holsclaw and Jonathan Holsclaw; his daughters, Alisha Starkey and Taryn Starkey; his granddaughter Aurora Pruitt; and his sister Ann Farmer. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, friends.
